This web zine is being redesigned using the Pivot Blogware as a technical base, stylizing it to maximize accessibility by both computers (desktop and laptop) and handheld devices (mobile PDAs and cellphones).
Using this blogware, the first aspect of Pantarbica to open soon is a blog for posts by the editor and moderated discussions on this site's themes and topics.
After that submitted creative works and additional content will be posted in sets (issues) as the ezine aspect is phased into the blog structure.
Pantarbe.com pays $10 US per poem, $25 for prose and plays. Graphic files of artwork and audio and other multimedia are possible - please query first.
