That game being an artful life defined by one's mythos - the pattern of basic values and experiences that one uses as an inner model, map or muse.

For creative artists (visual, literary, musical, and performing), gamers (players, masters and designers), and anyone else seeking inspiration, this ten-week program focuses on mythology, myth-making, self-discovery, and applying these to one's art, game or life.

Through suggested readings, activities, group interaction, and mentor feedback, participants learn and use a variety of techniques for intuiting and expressing their respective personal mythoi through creative arts, games, and/or daily rituals. The participants goal is to outline the significant elements of his or her personal mythos and to share them in at least one creative work, game or other presentation.

• Online and offline(Seattle, Washington, U.S.A. vicinity)
• Specific times, places and URLs to be arranged. Please consult with the program's mentor for preferences.
• $40.00/month for private mentoring, $100.00 per ten-week workshop
• Payment due by third week

The Mentor

Benjamin A Miller (or "Benandi" online) has experiences in computer information systems, web site development, writing, editing, computer graphics, music, theater, sound engineering, communications, and business. He has a B.A. in English (UW 1983), Certification in Computer Information Systems (NSCC 1990), and Certification in Fiction Writing (UW Extension, SF/F, 1994). For the last 20 years he has been a scholar of mythology, comparative religion, and psychology while undergoing his own "muse quest". He has been gaming all his life.
